About Melissa

Hey! I'm Melissa, a holistic health coach who believes your kitchen is more powerful than your medicine cabinet. I'm passionate about helping women cut through all the confusing wellness noise and discover what works for their unique bodies.

I started The Balance Routine because I was tired of seeing amazing women burn out from following every health trend, buying supplements they didn't need, and feeling confused about what to eat.

After years of my own health struggles and becoming a certified health & nutrition coach, I learned that the most powerful healing happens when we get back to basics—real food, stress management, and learning to listen to our bodies.

I live in Southern California with my lovely boyfriend and our child, Chicken (orange cat), and when I'm not creating content, you can find me experimenting with new healing recipes, finding hikes deep in nature, or coaching my beautiful clients online :)
