Hi friends,

I thought I had great energy. Like, really great energy. I'm a health coach who's spent years dialing in my nutrition, I never need afternoon naps anymore (which at one point I never thought was possible for me), and I actually have energy for evening workouts instead of just collapsing on the couch after a long day.

I felt like I'd figured out the energy game, honestly. Until I discovered what INCREDIBLE energy feels like…

My energy levels have almost doubled in the past few weeks. Not just in the morning—I'm talking about sustained, clean energy from 6am until 10pm that feels completely different from anything I've experienced before. I’ve rarely even have my morning cup of coffee because my body just doesn’t crave it.

The wild part is I didn't change anything about my nutrition. I've been eating the same whole foods, prioritizing animal proteins, high fat, and focusing on nutrient density for a long time now. That foundation has been solid. But apparently, it was only half the equation!

I started treating drinks like medicine.

I know that might sound dramatic, but hear me out. For the longest time, I focused exclusively on what I was eating—grass-fed beef, pasture-raised eggs, quality fats, seasonal fruits. And that has absolutely transformed my health.

But I was completely overlooking the incredible healing power of what I was drinking beyond just water.

Don't get me wrong—nutrition is still the foundation of everything. You obviously can't out-drink a crappy diet.

But what I realize is even with perfect nutrition, if you're not actively supporting your body's energy production systems, you're leaving so much potential on the table.

Think about it this way: food gives your body the raw materials for energy. But herbs and targeted drinks are like the spark plugs that help your body use the materials efficiently.
