Here is why you have no energy...
(And I have your solution)
THE BALANCE ROUTINE
OCTOBER 24, 2025
Hi friends!!
I’ve worked with a ton of people at this point, and one of the MAJOR challenges people experience is this:
“I have no energy.”
Like, constantly exhausted.
Can’t get through the day without multiple coffees.
Always reaching for another snack.
Crashing hard in the afternoon.
Feeling tired even after a full night’s sleep.
Now, there could be several reasons for this - poor sleep, chronic stress, nutrient deficiencies, thyroid issues, all of that.
But one of the major things that’s happening (and it’s not talked about enough in my opinion) is this:
Your blood sugar is all over the place! (And it’s destroying your energy).
Let me break this down because once you understand what’s happening in your body, it all makes sense :)
PS. At the end of this, I’m attaching a free guide with exactly which foods spike your blood sugar + 3 pages of blood-sugar balancing meals you can start using immediately!
So, what the heck even is blood sugar?
Blood sugar (glucose) is literally your body’s fuel. When you eat food, especially carbs, your body breaks it down into glucose, and that glucose enters your bloodstream to power your brain, your muscles, everything.
Your body wants your blood sugar to stay stable (she’s sensitive) - not too high, not too low.
When it’s stable, you feel good. Energized, focused, calm, satisfied, ready to take on the world.
When it’s spiking and crashing all day…you feel like absolute garbage.
Now if you have little to no energy all day…here’s what’s probably happening to you:
You wake up. Maybe you skip breakfast or grab something quick - a muffin, a bagel, toast with jam, oatmeal, a smoothie, cereal. Or maybe just coffee.
Your blood sugar SPIKES. All that sugar and carbs hit your bloodstream fast. You get a quick burst of energy - maybe you even feel a little jittery or anxious.
Then your body freaks out because your blood sugar is too high. So it releases a ton of insulin to bring it back down.
And then your blood sugar CRASHES. Hard

Now you’re exhausted. Starving. Irritable. Foggy. Craving sugar. More caffeine. Or worse…a nap.
So what do you do?
You grab another snack, another coffee, more carbs. And the whole thing starts over.
Spike. Crash. Spike. Crash. All. Day. Long.
This is why you have no energy. Your blood sugar is on a rollercoaster and your body is just trying to keep up.
You’re constantly hungry even though you’re eating.
You’re craving sugar nonstop.
You can’t focus.
You feel moody and irritable.
And you’re exhausted no matter how much sleep you get.
Now here’s what happens when you eat in a way that keeps your blood sugar stable:
Let’s say you eat eggs, or meat, or fish with some avocado, cheese, and vegetables. Protein and fat.
Your blood sugar rises slowly and steadily. No spike. Your body stays calm. It doesn’t need to dump a ton of insulin into your system.
And your blood sugar stays stable for HOURS.
You feel satisfied.
You feel energized.
You’re not thinking about food every two hours.
You’re not crashing.
You just feel... normal. Good.
This is what stable blood sugar feels like!! (A dream, right?!
So if you’re someone who’s constantly exhausted, here’s what I want you to try (also the PDF at the end will help with this, too):
