Turmeric + Ginger Mint Tea

Hi beautiful humans!!

I am SO excited to share this with you today because I've been having the most fun experimenting in my kitchen lately, and I can’t wait to share these with you!

If you've been following me for a while, you know I go through these phases where I get completely obsessed with certain approaches to health, and right now I am fully in my natural remedies era, and I'm absolutely loving it.

These aren't just pretty drinks I'm making for Instagram (though they definitely are gorgeous!). These are legitimate healing concoctions that have become part of my daily routine, and I can genuinely feel the difference they're making in my body.

My energy is more stable, my skin is glowing, it feels like my cells just feel more... alive!

I've been making these remedies for the past few weeks, and every single one has earned its place in my routine because it actually works.

Also, stick around until the end! I share the evolution of how I went form strict animal-based to where I am at now!

Let's dive in!

Remedy #1: My "Sick Day Savior" Onion Tea

Red Onion + Honey Tea

Okay, I know this sounds ABSOLUTELY WILD — but hear me out! I posted this on my IG and it got over 7 million views. I got hundreds of comments saying this worked for their sickness. Put down the Dayquil and try something natural like this!

How I make it:

  • Boil water in a pot

  • Add sliced red onion to the boiling water

  • Let it boil for about 5 minutes

  • Remove from heat and let it cool down enough to handle

  • Add 1 tablespoon raw honey + 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • Stir and sip slowly

Why this is magic: Red onions are packed with quercetin, which is a natural antihistamine and anti-inflammatory compound. The honey provides antimicrobial properties and soothes your throat, while the olive oil helps your body absorb all the good stuff. This combination is like giving your immune system a warm hug from the inside :)

Remedy #2: Papaya “Sorbet” That's Actually Healing

Papaya + Berry “Sorbet”

This one happened by accident! I had half a papaya that was about to go bad, so I scooped it out, froze it overnight, and then threw it in my food processor the next day. What came out was basically nature's ice cream!

My recipe:

  • 1/2 papaya, scooped out and frozen overnight

  • Handful of frozen berries

  • Splash of raw, unfiltered honey

  • Tiny splash of water

  • Blend in food processor for 3-4 minutes, stirring as needed

Why papaya is incredible: This fruit is loaded with digestive enzymes (especially papain) that help break down proteins and improve digestion. It's also packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. The frozen berries add even more antioxidants, and the raw honey provides enzymes and natural antimicrobial properties.

This tastes like dessert but is actually supporting your digestive system and giving your body a major antioxidant boost. I've been having this as an afternoon treat, and it never fails to satisfy my sweet tooth while making me feel amazing.

Remedy #3: My Daily Turmeric Ginger Powerhouse Tea

This bright golden tea has become my afternoon ritual, and honestly, it's become one of my favorite parts of the day!

The next four remedies are honestly my most powerful ones—especially the fermented garlic honey that's become my secret weapon for immunity and the evening elixir that completely transformed my sleep quality!
